Description:
Just seen a loose dog
White springer with brown ears and blue collar
Running south down this river - my pin point was where I saw him
Unfortunately I couldn’t grab him as I had 2 large dogs and also phone in darn back pack
He definitely looked lost
I’ve been trying to whistle for him but he ran off quite fast past us
